We are living through grief, violence, uncertainty, and systems that feel like they’re unraveling — while still being asked to live our lives. To work. To love. To care for our bodies and minds. To pay our bills. To show up for our people. ❤️‍🔥

And that weight accumulates.

Movement, dance, and shared expression are medicine — that’s why Passion exists. 💜 And right now, the medicine asks us not just to move toward joy or release, but to make space for everything that’s alive inside us.

Somatic practice isn’t only about letting things out — it’s also about going in. Beneath the stories. Beneath the commentary. Beneath the constant exposure to 🔥gestures broadly at everything.🔥

It’s about meeting sensation, emotion, and impulse as they are — so the residue doesn’t keep living in our chest, our throat, our nervous system.

When rage and anger are suppressed, so is the fire that fuels clarity, protection, and change.

⚡️ This fire is not something to fear — it is something to tend, together.

❤️‍🔥 Sacred x Soma: Rage as Collective Care ❤️‍🔥 is a 2-hour, guided somatic experience where we will come together to gently and intentionally give space to what’s been held tight. Through movement, breath, sound, stillness, and reflection, we will explore rage not as something to discharge recklessly — but as something to witness, feel, and metabolize in community.

This is not about performance or catharsis for its own sake.

It’s about being held in deep expression, together — so we can return to our lives more resourced, more embodied, and more alive.
