  • High-quality speakers

  • Tripod for iPhone recordings

  • Party lights for a fun vibe

  • Lounge area with a snack bar, microwave, mini fridge, and water cooler

  • Private bathroom for convenience

Personal Rental: The Solo Sanctuary

Your space. Your time. The Solo Sanctuary is perfect for individuals or small groups (1-4 people) seeking the freedom to create, rehearse, or simply move without limits. Whether you’re perfecting choreography, brainstorming a project, or indulging in personal reflection, this intimate rental option offers a haven tailored to your passion. Starting at just $50 for the first hour, with affordable rates for additional time, it’s your personal playground for creativity.

  • $50 for the first hour

  • $25 for each additional consecutive hour of rental

  • 1-4 people (including you)

Workshop Rental: The Creative Collective

Unleash the energy of collaboration with The Creative Collective. Designed for workshops, group rehearsals, or creative gatherings of 5-15 people (including you), this rental option is ideal for building connections and sharing ideas. Starting at $100 for up to two hours, it’s the perfect space to inspire and be inspired. With additional hours available at just $25 each, your collective creativity can flow uninterrupted.

*This is a studio rental, not a Passion co-branded workshop.

  • $100 for 2 hours

  • $25 for each additional consecutive hour after the 2 hour rental period

  • 5-15 people (including you)

Event Rental: The Passion Premiere
