Passion offers a variety of classes from slow movement to high energy, from beginner to intermediate. You can find all of our classes and descriptions here.

Nope! Most of our classes are beginner friendly while very few are intermediate. At Passion, we want to make sure adults from all walks of life feel welcome and excited to learn!

Passion is for adults only—ages 18 and up. This space was created as a fun, judgment-free zone where adults can dance, play, and connect without pressure or competition. We welcome all experience levels, whether you’ve danced for years or are just starting now—because it’s never too late. Plus, some of our classes feature explicit lyrics and bold movement, giving adults full permission to let loose and be themselves.

Each class has their own recommendations and they can be found in the class descriptions but here’s a general breakdown:

Shoes: Wear the appropriate shoes for your class!

• Born to Boogie, Dance Party Fitness, Hip-Hop 101, Intermediate Hip Hop, Intro to Shuffling, Jazz Fusion, Shuffle N' Flow, Twerk It Out, and Zumba Glow are sneakers-classes.

• Heels 101 and High Heels are best done with a heel you feel secure in so think straps, laces, something around your ankle, the chunkier the heel - the easier it is to balance!

• Brazilian Funk, Contemporary Feels, Emote, Feelin' Myself, Samba Movement, Technique Freak, and Spirit Dance are best done barefoot.

• Bold & Breezy Ballet can be done in ballet slippers, socks, or barefoot.

Clothing: Wear something you feel comfortable and good in. You are likely to reach for your toes and break a sweat.

There is street parking on Main Street where our main entrance is located. There is also a back entrance from the municipal parking lot on Van Nydeck Ave.

Passion offers a variety of options including drop-ins, small class packs and our personal favorite, the New Student Offer! Get 3 classes for $49 (only $16 per class!) and you have a whole month to use them before deciding how you’d like to continue your dance journey at Passion.

We have several pricing options that fit your lifestyle! Whether you want to drop in for a class, commit to a membership with exclusive perks, or grab a class pack for more flexibility, we’ve got options designed to support your dance journey. Find them HERE.

Classes must be cancelled at least 12-hours prior to the start of the class time. If You do not cancel before the cancellation window closes you will lose your class credit, and may be subject to a late-cancel or no-show fee. Those with The Lover (Unlimited Monthly) Membership will incur a $5 late-cancel and $15 no-show fee.
