Level: All Levels | Category: Street

Line Dancing is a class where you can come learn a couple of dances a week in a comfortable, bright, welcoming environment.

Line dancing has taken off in recent years, but some find it hard to learn. It doesn't have to be hard, it doesn't have to always have to be country, and it doesn't have to be inaccessible!

This class will give opportunities to line dancers of all levels to come and either learn a new dance, or explore ways to reinvent dances they already know with flare!

We will learn 2-3 dances per class depending on difficulty. The first dance will be a review of the dance taught the previous month and will act as a warmup. It will be a combination of classic dances that have withstood the test of time, and new high energy choreography!

What to wear: We do ask that you leave your cowboy boots at home to protect our floors! Other than that, wear anything that you're comfortable line dancing in! Fuegos are great if you have them, otherwise socks, or sneakers with less grip on the bottom are a great option.

Throughout class, you’ll have the freedom to follow the full sequence, draw from its elements, or move intuitively. This is a space of limitless possibility, deep trust, and true self-expression. Rooted in somatic wisdom and inspired by the fluidity of dance, Stretch Lab blends dynamic stretching, mobility work, and strength-based movement into a rhythmic, music-driven experience of deep embodiment. Guided by immersive soundscapes, you’ll move through fluid, primal patterns that dissolve tension, build inner strength, and expand your range—supporting both dance and everyday movement. Expect a potent balance of restoration and activation. Intuition and control. Stillness and power. Whether you’re a dancer, a mover, or simply craving a more connected relationship with your body, this class invites you to soften, strengthen, and stretch into something more.

Stretch your limits. Stretch your awareness. Stretch what you thought movement could be. Drop in, feel the beat, and move with your whole self. Your body already knows the way. 🦶 -

What To Wear: We recommend doing this class barefoot. Wear something comfy and stretchy. Bring a yoga mat if you have one. This is a suggestion, not a requirement.
