If you've been yearning for a way to reveal deeper expressive parts of yourself by connecting, communing, and exploring dance that involves safe, consensual partnership, this workshop is for you!

This SACRED PARTNERING workshop will begin with partnering fundamentals (weight sharing, giving/accepting physical support, and more) employing techniques grounded in trust-building and respect. As we become more comfortable with each other we will explore how to infuse emotion and story into our work together through choreography that feels as good to perform as it does to watch. We'll be using the power of collaborative movement and aligned intention to create comfort between us that opens up possibilities for expression and exploration in an environment that respects everyone's bodies, boundaries, and needs.

Expect to get out of your comfort zone, to touch and be touched WITH RESPECT, and to feel the inherent dignity and sensuality of human partnerships come alive in our work together.

We will create a safe space where all the vibes are on point and everyone feels safe and comfortable. We highly encourage wearing something that makes you feel sexy as long as you're ok being touched on any areas that are revealed. Lingerie, fishnets, leggings, bras, cheeky undies, t-shirts, corsets, bodysuits, bikinis, athletic shorts, crop tops, jazz pants, little skirts -- it's all welcome! Do be advised that some partnered movements might cause friction that can move our clothing -- we don't want you to get more undressed than you'd prefer!  Wear something that makes you feel sexy and beautiful, that you can move in comfortably and won't worry is going to fall off. 🌹

We'll be using the power of touch on our own and each other's bodies to embrace the strength and vulnerability in sacred partnering. You do not need to bring a partner to this workshop with you.

In the month leading up to Passion’s next show, 👯‍♀️MUSE 3.0 - LET'S GET LUCKY🍀, Calli Tyburczy, Marisa Paull Gorst, Stephanie Wallace, and Kara Zalesny are hosting 4 Sacred Workshops: Striptease Striptease, Sacred Partnering, Sacred Soma, and Sacred Masculine, to get us in our bodies and be inspired to unleash our inner muse.

These workshops are open to everyone, whether you plan to be in our next show or not. However, if you want to be in MUSE 3.0 - LET'S GET LUCKY, and you were not in the original Muse in Nov 2024, OR Muse 2.0 - Night Stories in Nov 2025, you are required to attend one of these workshops to participate in the show.

Sacred Striptease w/ Calli will take place on: ❤️‍🔥 Friday, August 7th from 7-9pm

Sacred Masculine w/ Kara will take place on: ❤️‍🔥 Sunday, August 16th 5-7pm

Sacred Soma: Seduction w/ Stephanie W. will take place on: ❤️‍🔥 Friday, August 21st 7-9pm

Sacred Partnering w/ Marisa will take place on: ❤️‍🔥 Sunday, August 30th 4-6pm

💸 Each Sacred Workshop is $39. Membership discounts are applicable. Each session is a stand alone experience. Come to just one or as many as you’d like.

Most importantly, a circle of trust and sanctuary will be created and held from start to finish. 🫶 Videos will only be taken with the full consent of everyone involved.

✨ If you are interested in performing in our next show, you are required to attend one of these four sessions.

✨ This is not an audition, you’ve already made it! We want you to understand the experience you’re signing up for. These Sacred Sessions are a beautiful reflection of what you can expect to experience on stage in front of a live audience.

✨ To participate in the show you must be a Dreamer, Muse, or Lover Member before your first rehearsal. We recommend becoming a member before September 1st to get locked into our current member rates (they are going up September 1st.)

About MUSE 3.0 - LET'S GET LUCKY:

✨ The show is on Saturday, November 7th and Saturday, November 14th

✨ We will perform the show 4 times (2 shows on Saturday the 7th, 2 shows on Saturday the 14th

✨ Tech & Dress Rehearsal is Thursday, November 5th

✨ The location of the performance is VBI Theater at Cuneen-Hackett Arts Center, 12 Vassar St, Poughkeepsie NY 12601

✨ A MUSE is a person or personified force who is the source of inspiration for a creative artist. In our case and our show we are the Muse and we will dance in reverence to ourselves, one another, and our beautiful bodies with love.
